We are hiring for a company who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their accounts team. This is a very well-established company with over 40 year's experience providing essential cleaning machinery, maintenance and repairs services to Retail, Restaurant, Catering, Leisure Businesses and more.

Role Duties:
- Enter BACS, cheques or cash received receipts in day-book and allocate
- Full control of collections
- Answering client queries daily
- Matching credit notes raised with corresponding invoices
- Raising invoices/credit notes daily
- Liaise closely with Engineers regarding disputes/ queries with clients
- Daily chasing of Debts via telephone/email/letters
- Forecasting Aged debt recovery daily/weekly/monthly
- Send copy invoices/statements to customers as requested
- Creating new customers
- Generate month end statements.
