Motus Commercials is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Credit Controller for our Avonmouth dealership. As our new Credit Controller you will join our friendly team which will see you working 22 – 25 hours per week within our approved dealership. Hours can be negotiated to suit upon Interview. Due to the location of our dealership own transport will be required.

As our Regional Credit Controller in Avonmouth we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
12 Months previous accounts experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong Excel/data inputting skills
A good understanding of general accounting functions, Invoices, Credits, payment advices
IT literate
Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
Motor Trade experience desirable not essential
Main duties will be:
To chase sales ledger accounts within deadlines and record communications
To process and open new credit accounts following correct authorisations
To instigate credit stop procedure and monitor accordingly
To continually review customer accountability and update when required following correct authorisations
To keep customer account records up to date
Debt collection and query management
To record and follow up on customer queries
To run month end statements
To keep regional accountant updated on customer account status’s
To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
To assist with general housekeeping duties as a Team.
