Are you a Credit Controller or similar looking for an exciting role within a market leading engineering company where you will be provided with career stability and the opportunity to work as part of a tight knit accounts team?
Are you looking for a varied and new position, working in a modern open plan office where you will reporting directly to the Management Accountant who will support you throughout your career. You will be responsible for credit control and accounts receivable performing multiple duties such as raising and issuing invoices, taking payments as well as other ad hoc duties.
On offer is the fantastic opportunity to work for this modern wind turbine maintenance company, who have a history of over 15 years. The successful candidate will play a key part in the continued expansion of the business.
You will be an integral part of the accounts team taking responsibility for the collection and control of monies from the company's customers in line with the company's credit control procedure.
The Role:

• Accurately record transactions on a daily basis to enable efficient follow up of any accounts and diarise all communications with customers
• Assume responsibility for the upkeep of the master files on the accounts receivable system
• Ensure computerised and manual customer data is complete and up to date at all times
• Prepare reports on debt management and credit control as required and prioritise and manage workload to meet key performance indicators.
• Taking payment for cash-sales
• Raising and issuing all invoices
• Issuing monthly statements
• Updating the project tracker
