Our client - a leading business who provide quality support throughout the UK are currently recruiting for a temporary Credit Controller.
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (Some flexibility)
Pay: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour
Duties will include:
- Proactively managing the credit control across a portfolio of clients
- Chasing remittances
- Handling incoming post
- Scanning post
- Create folders or labels to categorize emails
- Cash allocating
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Communicating with clients via the telephone
- General administration tasks
- Customer service
You will have the following skills:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Microsoft Outlook
- Word, and Excel
- Basic Knowledge of property services/facilities management and systems preferred, but not essential
- Willing to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances and our faced paced office environment
- Previous Sales Ledger experience
- Proficient in using Excel and various computer systems
