Role Overview
As the sentinel of our receivables, a Credit Controller at BigChange plays a crucial role in safeguarding our company's financial health. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will:
- Oversee Credit Control functions for both UK and France, ensuring a seamless process management.
- Manage the delicate balance between stakeholder engagement and meticulous reporting.
- Exercise responsibility for the accounts receivable function and enforce data protection standards.
- Mitigate risk by managing controllable debt and driving consistency in debtor days.
- Champion customer interactions, resolving credit issues amicably and promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent people skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Innate ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- (Desirable) Experience with Sage 50 and Kolleno; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
