SalaryWe are delighted to be working with a manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, who are recruiting for a Credit Controlleron a full-time, permanent basis.
The salary for this role is £29,000 and has a great hybrid working model, with 3 days working from home (after initial training period).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for managing the company's debtor ledger and credit control function
Managing own ledger of 300/400 live accounts
Allocating cash to correct accounts and updating ledgers
Ensuring that debts are paid on time and in accordance with credit terms
Creating new accounts and ensuring all necessary information is provided
Reconciling accounts and statements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and liaising with sales and finance teams to resolve any issues
Skills required:
Credit control/debt recovery
Confident telephone manner
Working pattern:
Monday – Thursday, 8:45am – 5pm
Friday, 9am – 4pm
