Position:Credit Controller
Location: Dudley - Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
Salary: Up to £27,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit control process efficiently, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit control or a related field 2/3 years+
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
