Role Summary
As a Credit Risk Analyst within our portfolio team, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing the creditworthiness of our clients across all territories, ensuring the stability and growth of our business. You will be responsible for monitoring and risk assessing all current client within our global portfolio while creating a positive and client experience. While also playing a key role in helping us shape our risk underwriting, monitoring, lending policies and procedures and the development of our decisioning tools.
This role will report into the Portfolio Manager and will collaborate with other functions including sales, product, and risk operations to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

What you will do
- Monitor all current clients within our global portfolio, highlighting and acting on relevant flags to mitigate risk.
- Evaluate and provide decisioning on all funding requests from portfolio clients.
- Assess and interpret financial statements, credit reports, industry trends, and other relevant data to form a holistic view of Credit Risk.
- Make recommendations for the ongoing development of systems, processes and business practices to provide improvements in efficiency and capacity.
- Ensure compliance with the AML and Onboarding policies and procedures on a client level
- Prepare and recommend credit decisions on applications to the Credit Risk Committee
- Engage sophisticated clients directly when required
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an underwriter or credit analyst
- Educated to degree level or above
- Experience with similar credit products such as credit cards, commercial loans or invoice financing.
- Strong general financial acumen
- Proficiency in Excel
