Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Assistant to join our growing Marketing department. Reporting into the Courses CRM Manager and working alongside a wider CRM team of eight, this is a rare opportunity for somebody with little-to-no experience to kick start their career by joining one of Britain's most established digital brands. Full training and guidance will be given to ensure you have the right skill set to fully support the team by taking ownership of the day-to-day running of our CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between the CRM tram and our Sales and Commercial teams
- Maintain the ‘Sold Product” campaign calendar
- Build campaigns within our Braze platform using targeting and segmentation tools
- Proofreading campaigns to ensure they always follow our best practice guidelines
- Ensure information received for "Sold Product" campaigns is accurate and chase missing information when needed
- Make minor edits to emails, such as copy and image changes, where necessary
- Provide a weekly round-up of campaign results
Skills & Experience
- No prior CRM experience required
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ready and willing to learn about CRM and Marketing with a curious mindset
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
