CRM Assistant

The Company: 

I’m currently working with one of the largest and best-known cinema chain in the UK and Ireland and they’re looking for a CRM Assistant to join the team as the business grows. This iconic business has a focus on customer experience whether that’s in person or online so their looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who can enhance the consumers communications. 

As CRM Assistant you will: 

• Implement targeted database communications for multi-channel CRM campaigns, utilizing mediums such as email and push notifications.
• Generate CRM content for members, involving copywriting, design briefs, and collaboration with agencies for asset creation.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance consistently, collaborating with the CRM Manager to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Enhance lifecycle communications by analyzing and optimizing results.
• Contribute to campaign planning and the development of the member communications calendar.
• Execute member deletions in compliance with GDPR and erasure requirements.
• Develop app landing pages and online surveys using CRM campaign tools to bolster comprehensive member campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of member incentives on Loyalty systems as needed, including testing to ensure proper configuration and setup.

 Key Skills:

• Experience working in a CRM campaign management and email marketing role, preferably in leisure, entertainment, retail or consumer marketing.
• Creative copywriting experience is essential.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Good planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
