We're looking for someone to join the team to support the Head of IT & Data with administrative tasks based around the CRM database.
The key experience we're seeking is administrative experience but if you have knowledge of Dynamics365 then that will be very helpful.
This role is working for an organisation within higher education. Do note that this office is a buoyant, fun place to work so if that's your personality then this will be a good cultural fit.
The role is flexi-working with 2 or 3 days in the office / WFH (it may vary).
Responsibilities?
Setup and running of reports and dashboards and provision of statistics as required
Import and export of data and creation/deletion of records as appropriate
Synchronisation of data with other systems e.g. email platform, career development platform
Characteristics / experience sought?
A strong administration background
Previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders and multitasking
Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience (our client works in Higher Education so this becomes important).
Remuneration? £26,000 plus company-wide performance bonus of circa 6% (so there could be additional £2000).
