Forward Role are working with a high growth business to recruit a CRM Exec.
The Head of CRM started out there as a CRM Exec, which says it all when it comes to their development and progression opportunities.
You will join a 20 strong in-house marketing team and a supportive Senior CRM Manager and a team of CRM Exec’s and Senior CRM Exec’s. They are high performing and vibrant team and hit growth targets year after year.
There is a culture of autonomy and people are given lots of freedom to grow business performance as well as the opportunity to get involved in other areas of marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the CRM strategy forward through planning, building, deploying and optimising creative Email and SMS campaigns
- Segment the data to effectively target campaigns and maximise conversion
- A/B test and make recommendations from findings
- Report on campaign performance and feed back to wider business
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM role
- Experience using a Customer Data Platform / Email Service Provider
- Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform
- Confident segmenting data and AB testing
- Ability to report on KPI’s and share findings and insights
