We're on the lookout for a self-motivated CRM Executive with a background in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casinos to shape and execute captivating customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
This role offers hybrid working - 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar for the French sport betting operation ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
- Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys that resonate with the player base.
- Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, using the marketing automation
- including segmenting the customers and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
- Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, including deliverability, open and click rates, and
- performance.
- Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local
- nuances.
- Identify innovative campaign opportunities to drive sustained player loyalty.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have experience withing theiGaming/ Sports betting/ Online Casino industry
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Well-organized and analytical, paying close attention to detail
- Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
