About the opportunity…
You’ll work on a fascinating array of diverse projects spanning industries and countries. You’ll help us unearth hidden insights, build brand vision & strategy, and transform the way our clients think and act. Together, we’ll help them deeply understand and meet the needs of their consumers and customers to achieve their business goals.
Had you been with us in the past, you’d have helped us:
- Create a competitive brand proposition for a premium beverage brand struggling to find its way in a dynamic and confusing category.
- Interview job-seekers across key industries and markets around the world to understand the fascinating, contradictory dynamics of the post-pandemic job market
- Meet with heroin users in prison to discuss their battles with hepatitis C, resulting in a brand strategy aimed at ridding the world of this virus.
- Help a popular music and culture festival revamp its customer acquisition approach based on a better understanding of how consumers research and purchase festival tickets.
About the offer…
- Full time, 4 or 5 days a week , with flexibility in your schedule (we know how life goes – we have them too!)
- Hybrid remote + face-to-face role. You should live within 60 min commute from central London. We work primarily from home, but often co-locate in hired meeting spaces

About you…
We’re looking for a creative, confident, self-starter, who can instinctively pull rich insight from what people say and do – and turn it into inspired strategic recommendations.
Today, you might be at a qualitative research company, or in the insight arm of a strategic consultancy and want to experience working for a smaller, more entrepreneurial firm.
And this describes your experience:
- 5+ years (less than that, we can’t consider your application, unfortunately )
- Agency or consultancy experience
- Designing and conducting qualitative research first-hand
- Using insight to recommend strategic direction for clients
- Writing proposals and winning work
