Role - Customer Account Manager

Location - Accrington

Salary - £28-£32k

Hours - 9-5pm (hybrid working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced & driven Customer Account Manager to join a global, innovative business based in Accrington.

Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager;

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Generate new business whilst also managing existing customers using the BI reporting tool
• Serve as the main point of contact to clients
• Oversee Customer Account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit

Requirements for the Customer Account Manager;

• A minimum of 3 years Customer Account management experience
• Driven
• Confident
• Commercially minded
