THE ROLE OF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SUPPORT;
- Act as first point of Contact with Customers (full training will be given!!)
- Working to support across Email and Telephone - most of the time you will be based on the Telephone
- Query Management and Resolution
- Update of Excel and CRM Database
- Wortk to build and maintain Internal and External Relationhips
- General Office Administration
