The Customer Administrator will:
Produce orders and update orders accordingly on internal systems
Liaise with customers via phone, email and occasionally in person
Provide exceptional administrative assistance to the team
Ensuring a smooth running of the department though excellent communication
Processing all sales orders
Be responsible for raising and maintaining purchase orders
To be considered the Customer Administrator will:
Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
Have a 'can do' attitude and be a team player
Be confident on all Microsoft packages
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Hold a valid driving license with own vehicle
