Customer Adviser required - Permanent position - competitive salary

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Adviser who would like to develop within a company that puts their employees at the heart of their business!
Salary: £23-£25k based on experience
Permanent position
Location: Burton on Trent
Job Duties

  • Receiving and processing inbound & outbound customer engagement, including calls, webchat and email, ensuring that they are dealt with in the most efficient way.
  • Involve other internal stakeholders in customer engagements where appropriate and provide campaign support to create the optimal customer experience.
  • Analytics and data reporting for the function provide weekly/monthly updates to the wider team/business.
  • Management of day to day consumer sales, including order input, processing payments and daily monitoring of Webshop activity, ensuring any issues are reported and resolved quickly.
  • Ensure Customer Solutions processes are managed in line with QMS requirements, developing the process as required.
  • Continually develop appropriate product knowledge.
  • Some ad-hoc travel to meetings and events as required.
  • Continuously reviewing and providing input into ongoing competitor and market surveillance
  • To take every opportunity to seek out improvements and refine systems and processes which benefit the Customer Services and wider Marketing function, its efficiency, our customers and the Company as a whole.
