Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized recommendations and solutions
- Upsell products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Analyze client data and preferences to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions through data entry
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone, using proper phone etiquette
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for data analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
