Overview
What is great about the role?
Pobl provide homes for people. Well maintained homes which people can live in at rents which are affordable to them. We care about the things which are important in the lives of our customers and want to make sure their communities are safe and attractive places to live.
You will help us to deliver a high-quality service to our customers in a way which ensures that the customer only has to contact us once in relation to their enquiry. You will be dealing mainly with queries via the telephone, email, live chat and social media platforms from customers who want to apply for one of our homes, pay their rent or report a repair to their property.
Who are we looking for?
A background in Customer Service is essential and experience in a similar role or from a housing or contact centre background would be desirable. However, if you feel you have the transferable skills from another job, please demonstrate it in your application (please see the job description for more detail).
An ability to speak Welsh will be an advantage.
You will also be able to demonstrate;
- Good communication skills

- The ability to multi task and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- The ability to use new and familiar IT packages confidently and quickly

What are the pay and benefits?
- We have 3 x 37 hour permanent roles available and the salary is £ 25,601. Working days are Monday- Thursday 9am- 5pm and Friday 9am- 430pm
- These roles are hybrid home and office working with attendance every Wednesday at either the Newport or Swansea Office (Dependant on which team you work in)
