This profitable Leicester based manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Customer Care Advisor who is passionate about delivering a first rate service to customers, ideally with customer service experience gained from within a manufacturing environment.

Role Details:
- Salary up to GBP27,000
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours are 8.30am to 4.45pm
- Early 3.30pm finish on a Friday
The Role of Customer Care Advisor:
Working from the Leicester office, you will respond to incoming calls and emails from customers regarding all aspects of their accounts. Your focus will be to successfully progress all queries to a positive outcome, ensuring a helpful and accurate customer service is provided, liaising with other internal departments to ensure a continuous and personal service to the customer.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional Customer Care at all times
- Responding to customer queries within the agreed response time via CRM / telephone / email / in person
- Building relationships with customers and colleagues in a people focussed environment
- Processing of all customer requirements: Orders, enquiries, quotations, sample requests, complaints and more
- Ensure customer orders are processed and acknowledged correctly & in a timely manner
- Proactively create new sales leads
- Collating accurate data for customers and internal reporting
- Request drawings and certification where required
- Ensure all correspondence and orders are filed correctly
- Liaising with the warehouse team/couriers to resolve any order issues
- Working closely with all internal departments
- Support business processes, best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous customer service/Customer Care experience within the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and plan ahead
- A can do , positive attitude and will enjoy solving problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be computer literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous CRM experience
- Experience of working with international customers would be preferred
