- Responding to customer queries within response time.
- Processing of all requirements from customers and requests in a timely manner.
- You will be creating new sales leads.
- Accurate data input for customer accounts and internal reporting.
- Filing all previous correspondence and orders correctly.
- Liaising with other departments when needed.
- Administration and office tasks.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role for a manufacturing company.
- Problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- The ability to work well and communicate as part of a team.
- You will be computer-literate.
