Job description

Reed Specialist Recruitment is looking for talented a Customer Care Advisor to join our clients fast pace, fun team in Leicester. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across various platforms. You will also be responsible for processing orders, generating sales leads, and liaising with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will receive comprehensive training on our products and processes, and you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:

  • Respond to customer queries within the agreed response time and service level agreement
  • Handle customer queries across different platforms, such as CRM, telephone, email, and in person
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues in a people-focused environment
  • Process all customer requirements, such as orders, enquiries, quotations, sample requests, complaints, and more
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and acknowledged correctly and in a timely manner
  • Collate accurate data for customers and internal reporting
  • Request drawings and certification where required
  • Have a ‘can do’, positive attitude and relish solving problems
  • Be a good listener, enjoy talking to people, and have great attention to detail
  • Support business processes, best practice, and continuous improvement initiatives

To be a successful Customer Care Advisor, you will need:

  • Previous customer service or Customer Care experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a comfortable and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and plan ahead in a structured way
  • A flexible, motivated, and reliable attitude
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous CRM experience (beneficial)
