Your new role –Customer Care Advisor

• You will be taking calls day to day to manage the expectations of the customer.
• Dealing with complaints and escalating to the relevant team leader
• Supporting customer journey to ensure smooth end to end process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive background in customer service
• Experience with complaints / social housing background will be very advantageous.
