Your new role –Customer Care Advisor
- You will be taking calls day to day to manage the expectations of the customer.
- Dealing with complaints and escalating to the relevant team leader
- Supporting customer journey to ensure smooth end to end process.

- Extensive background in customer service
- Experience with complaints / social housing background will be very advantageous.
