Customer Coordinator / Sales Administrator

Hourly Rate - £30,000 - £34,000 equivalent

Are you an experienced sales administrator or sales order processor who is passionate about providing excellent customer service?
Are you currently available to undertake a 3 month contract based in the Stockport area?

What will the role involve?

• Processing sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
• Arranging customer deliveries including international shipments
• Preparing necessary paperwork, including for customs requirements
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to expedite customer orders

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Previous B2B customer facing experience in a sales administrator / export role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A good working knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Commercial acumen including experience calculating selling price & margin
