Salary: £11.29 p/h to start (rise to approx. £24k p/a)
Contract: Temp to perm (dependant on performance)
Location: Leamington Spa. Office based (once trained, open to hybrid. 3 days in office, 2 remote)
Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 20 hours pw, 9.00-13.00pm PART TIME ONLY

Our client are now looking to recruit a PT Coordinator on an ongoing temporary contract
Maintenance Coordinator duties include:
• Inbound and Outbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service
• Understanding technicians report and coordinating resources for jobs
• Raising job tickets for installations and repairs of client’s product
• Arranging service visits for customers (domestic and commerical)
• Raising purchase orders for contractors
• Entering specific reporting data to the out client’s database
Full technical training will be provided
Maintenance Coordinator person specification:
• Comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls
• Take pride in your work and customer service delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
• Experience of using SAP would be beneficial
• Be eager to learn
• Be able to work well under pressure
