MAIN DUTIES
Dealing with incoming customer requests and queriesManaging the customer diary to ensure all appointments are logged and assignedProcessing payments, invoices and credits that ariseAssigning works to be completed to tradesmen and engineersProviding excellent customer care.Any Ad-Hoc duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
Customer service experience within an office environment.Experience in the use of CRM softwareEducated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent) including English and Maths.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task with good time management.COMPANY BENEFITS
