Responsibilities:
- Commitment to excellent customer service - handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Conducting customer branch tours and managing security access, always maintaining client discretion.
- Buying, selling, and testing all consumer bullion products.
- Handling large volumes of cash in line with the 4-eye policy.
- Creating invoices for all Vault and Bullion services to customers.
- Delivering high levels of process control and security.
- Commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety.
- Maintaining and securing accurate customer records to guarantee GDPR.
- Consistently ensuring first-class housekeeping.

Shift Pattern:
- Two weekdays: 10 am - 6 pm
- Every Saturday and Sunday: 10 am - 3 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
