About the role
The Complaints Team is seeking an enthusiastic and professional person to support the management of the complaints process across the council on a fixed term contract for 12months.
You will be provide officer support to the Children’s Service complaint function.
About you
You should be able to deal with complex situations with the ability to organise and prioritise your work to provide high quality and timely support. Resilience is an important quality required as you will be working with sensitive information concerning a number of service areas and will need to handle difficult telephone calls that will require a professional, calm and customer focused approach.
