Salary: £24,000k basic (£28,000k - £30,000k – OTE)

Full time permanent – Monday to Friday normal business hours

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will follow up leads from inbound customers enquiring about products and services.  You will be responsible for managing customers, building good customer relationships, completing sales deals over the phone and making both inbound and outbound calls to existing customers + emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up calls with in bound customers
• Customer service / build good customer relationships
• Review marketing material and present to customers
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the new product offering
• Answer questions about products and services offered
• Ask key questions to understand customers exact requirements
• Maintain ongoing customer pipeline
• Work alongside other Sales and Marketing staff to help facilitate future sales
• Accurately and efficiently enter customers details onto the internal sales system
