Join a friendly team as a Customer Sales Advisor. Set in beautiful surroundings looking over the countryside, based in Ilton TA19 9EA yet only 5 minutes from Ilmister this Customer Service Advisor role offers fabulous working hours 8.00 am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, casual dress and great benefits. If you have a positive can-do attitude and are looking for a career as a Customer Sales Advisor you will receive full training. You don't have to have experience, it's all about team fit, your values and your wanting to realise your potential.
What will you be doing?
* Ensuring the customer journey is positive and productive, building lasting relationships
* Processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
* Logging and resolving customer queries, complaints and compliments maintaining customer confidence
* Answering all telephone calls, emails, letters and sales referrals
* Managing the returns process from start to finish, keeping the customer informed throughout with clear communication
* Updating the customer database and maintaining accurate records
