Customer Sales Assistant/Finance Administrator

Our client, a longstanding manufacturer within the food & drinks industry, is seeking an Administrative to help in their busy Finance/Sales Office.

Role: -

As a Finance Administrator and Customer Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing high-level support to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities: -

• Inputting sales and finance information on Xero.
• Checking invoices against purchasing notes etc.
• Assisting in creating reports for department heads.
• Ensuring that all information and tasks within the office are documented and implemented correctly.
• Confident in using MS Office.
• Dealing with customer queries whether on the phone or via email.

Skills: -

• Good working knowledge of Xero is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (34hrs per week).

Salary: £12.50 per hour.
