Customer Service Advisor required to join our established client in what will be a varied customer support role. This position is paying an annual salary of £24,500. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Own transport is required to access the client's site.
Duties:
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, web and internal systems
- Provide ETA's
- Provide reactive and proactive support to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Work closely with the transport team to ensure deadlines are met

Experience required:
- Previous Customer Service experience is beneficial
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
