Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquires via telephone and email correspondence.
- Logging jobs onto inhouse systems.
- Data Entry
- Liaising with engineers
- Creating new accounts for clients
Requirements
- Confident telephone manner
- Previous experience in an office-based role. (essential)
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
