Your new roleYour new role will see you responsible for
- Working in a busy Customer Service Centre, ensuring a superior Customer Service is always provided, building strong relationships with the customer base.
- Work proactively to establish the feasibility of customer requests in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure customer orders are carried out meeting the defined service parameters, in line with our Customer Service Promise
- Identify the need for order re-negotiation.
- Ensure product is dispatched to the customer on time.
- Retaining ownership of each interaction until all issues are resolved.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, high interactive Customer Service environment.
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Can work well within a Team environment.
- Has a digital mindset with good IT skills.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experienced working within a KPI driven environment.
