Your new roleYour new role will see you responsible for

• Working in a busy Customer Service Centre, ensuring a superior Customer Service is always provided, building strong relationships with the customer base.
• Work proactively to establish the feasibility of customer requests in coordination with the commercial team.
• Ensure customer orders are carried out meeting the defined service parameters, in line with our Customer Service Promise
• Identify the need for order re-negotiation.
• Ensure product is dispatched to the customer on time.
• Retaining ownership of each interaction until all issues are resolved.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, high interactive Customer Service environment.
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Can work well within a Team environment.
• Has a digital mindset with good IT skills.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experienced working within a KPI driven environment.
