Customer Service Representative Business Unit: Datashred Location: West Thurrock, RM19 1NA Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Hours: 35, Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm Salary: £24,000 Preferable to have own transport due to location of this site Do you want to work in a vibrant and rapidly growing business? We have a new, exciting permanent opportunity available for someone who is looking for a new role delivering exceptional services to our customers. In this role you will report into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will liaise with internal and external customers to ensure customer queries are resolved within SLA while maintaining maximum efficiency and quality always. To strive to achieve all department and personal KPIs, to remain customer focused always, to keep up to date with all business changes. RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with external and internal customers to assist with all queries via telephone & email
Always provide excellent Customer Service
To build close working relationships with all areas of the business
Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures
Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Packages ABOUT YOU Experienced working in a fast-paced customer focused environment
