About the role:
In this role you'll be delivering an excellent customer experience and no day will be the same. You'll be talking to a range of customers over the phone, handling queries, updating information, processing membership information, and making changes on the company software; always ensuring administrative tasks are dealt with effectively.
To excel in this role you’ll be:
- Experienced in an Admin position or Customer Service environment.
- Proactive, flexible, and organised.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great listener and be passionate about helping customers.
- Able to use your initiative and build professional relationships.
- A great team player.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office and great attention to detail and accuracy.
