My client is a friendly fabric company based in Greater Manchester, supplying UK High Street and Independent retailers
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Entering orders onto the system for processing by the warehouse. Orders come by phone or via email
- Handling price, stock and delivery enquiries. These activities often involve working with our warehouse and production colleagues to get the relevant information.
- Handling quality issues and dealing with returns including processing of returns paperwork via the system.
- Liaising with Carriers over deliveries
- Checking back order files following stock deliveries
What we need from you?
- IT literate - Microsoft Packages.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Organised, accurate and able to identify priorities to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and to time.
- A confident communicator with an assured phone manner to ensure our customers have confidence in us and what we tell them.
- Proactive with a "can do" attitude as we strive to exceed our customer's expectations.
- Outgoing and personable to develop strong relations with existing Customers and build relations with new ones.
- A team player to ensure they add to the smooth working of the department.
