Job Description
- Managing a high number of inbound calls
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of Customer Service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointments
- Process payments
- Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
- Shift patterns will be 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 09:30am to 5:30pm
