Customer Service Administrator n

- · Monday - Tuesday - 9am - 2pm / Wednesday - Friday 9am - 3pm n

- Process customer orders n
- Acknowledge customer order in a timely manner n
- Preparation of customer quotes & processing orders n
- Ensure customer orders are shipped on n
- Update customers of changes in delivery schedules/lead times n
- Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met n
- Prompt reply to telephone calls & emails n
- Action customer returns n
- Deal with Customer complaints n
- Monitoring of stock levels n
- Produce Invoices daily n
- Support sales team n
- Arranging shipping quotes and bookings for non UK customers and any customs paperwork needed n
- Process sample requests for customers and potential customer n
- Maintaining and updating all Customer Service procedures n
- To adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures n
- To report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents n
- n
- Excellent communication skills n
- Excellent working knowledge of MS packages n
- Experience of SAP system n
- Knowledge of Exports for customs n
- Ability to work accurately under strict timescales n
- Customer focused n
- Organised and methodical n
