Duties Include
- Utilising the CRM system
- Ensuring all data is up to date
- Sending out documentation
- Providing strong Customer Service
- Answering queries via email and telephone
- Maintaining strong communication with colleagues
- Coordinating and Scheduling
Key Duties:
· Planning and organisation of external suppliers
· Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings and ensuring diaries are operating efficiently
· Delivering exceptional Customer Service
· Raising purchase orders
· Resolve customer enquiries
