Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
We are on the hunt for an experienced Office Administrator to start a full time, temp 2 perm but at a small but busy office facility within the Basford area of Nottingham.
Now this is NOT your typical Office Administrator role but in fact one that involves you working within the contracts department of a depot that deals with installations of new windows and doors.
You will be working with computers, updating databases, chasing, and filling paperwork, speaking to clients (via email and phone), and following a process.
It's close knit but busy office, its loud, its fast paced and you really need to think on your feet.
Most certainly not a corporate environment at all.
There are some big personalities here and you need to be confident speaking to people at all levels.
What skills are needed?
- Excellent computer skills (word, excel and power point).
- Great communication skills.
- CV showing administration or order processing work within an office.
- Well presented (this may be customer facing at times).
- Organised, methodical and someone who can think on their feet.
What does this role offer me?
- 11.00 p/hour (plus overtime)
- 5 hours paid per week.
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
- Job security - this is a proper temp 2 perm, so you have job security.
