As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with planning and scheduling activities, ensuring all administration tasks are completed.
- Receiving inbound calls and handling enquiries.
- Raising new orders and logging call information.
- Liaising with Engineers regarding their workload.
- Ensuring customer portals are monitored.
- Accurate record keeping, ensuring all documents are uploaded.
- Compiling and maintaining daily reports.
About you:
- Experience of working within a customer focused, fast paced environment.
- Strong accuracy skills, keeping records.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience of working closely to support Engineers.
