Due to expansion, our client is looking for a detail orientated, Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This role is Monday-Friday, office based.
Daily duties will include:-
- Handling enquiries that come in through email and phone
- Preparing quotations
- Processing orders
- Updating stock spreadsheets
- Coordinating deliveries
- Troubleshooting
This is a fast paced role within a company which rewards hard work.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:-
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and organise workloads
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
- The ability to work as a wider team
