Service Administrator / Coordinator

Service Coordinator £12 per hour circa 6 months Nottinghamshire

Your new company
An award-winning organisation is looking to appoint a Service Coordinator to join their small team. Based the top side of Nottingham you will support the team with various tasks, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. You will report in to the team leader.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the scheduling of work for a team of engineers based across the UK. You will raise tickets to contractors for emergency and non-emergency work. You will also deal with planned maintenance, including services and part replacement.
You will also deal with permits that may be required and use an internal system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of scheduling work, managing diaries and excellent customer service skills.
You should have experience of meeting SLAs and Kpis.

Mon - Fri 8.30-5pm
