Due to expansion, we have a great opportunity for a Customer Service / sales administrator to work for our super busy client in the Sutton in Ashfield area. Our client offers a great working environment and an early finish on a Friday!!

Within the role of Customer Service / sales administrator you will:

• Support the sales department buy processing orders received via email
• Process written quotations via email
• Manage sales orders from start to finish liaising with suppliers, customers
• Schedule shipping and sample requests
• Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Contact lapsed customers via email and telephone
• Provide general administration support as required.

We are looking for candidates with experience of

• Customer service or sales administration or within a business environment
• Computer literate with good use of MS Word and Excel
• Great attention to detail with the ability to work on your initiative and in a busy environment.
• Fantastic Customer Service with the ability to talk to people at all levels.
