We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our successful client in Castle Mansfield, who offer growth of their employees and offer a number of benefits.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver Customer Service and Administration skills across the clients portfolio. The successful candidate will need to have a willingness to offer customers an excellent and smooth Customer Service experience.
To be considered for the Administration role, you'll require the following essentials:
- The ability to deliver excellent Customer Service skills
Ideally hold experience within a distribution environment
Be approachable with good interactive and communication skills
Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and Digital or Litho Print
Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative aswell as part of a team
Work with a positive attitude and the aim to succeed within the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll also be
- Your main focus will be to liaise with customers who contact our Client via telephone and email
Manage and resolve any queries and follow the process through
Ensure that all queries are answered within a timely to manner using the CRM System and ensure that these meet the Service Level Agreements that are in place
Display a professional Customer Service whilst identifying potential opportunities to maximise processes and targets
Processing and updating incoming orders accurately
Salary & Working Hours
- £22,000 - £25,000 DOE Full Time
