Location: Biggleswade

Hours: Full time

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

I am looking for an administrator with experience of Customer Service and order processing to join a team in a warehouse environment based in Biggleswade.

What will you be doing in the Customer Service Administrator role?

• Responding promptly to all service inquiries, communicating through a range of functions to provide updated information and solutions.
• Acknowledging and supporting the resolution of service centre complaints.
• Providing operational support for the processing of information in relation to daily and weekly activities.
• Liaising with operational personnel in the warehouse to ensure orders are processed to requests and providing updates; including customer facing collections.
• Maintaining updated documentation and records on our bespoke IT management system.
• Communicating and coordinating with external businesses and contractors as necessary.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward delivering service at all times.

• Experience working in a supportive Customer Service role
• Strong attention to detail
• A Can-Do attitude to driving solutions to service requests
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage phone calls, emails and face-to-face requests for information updates on orders
• Previous experience of working with a business IT system to both upload and access information
