Office based but opportunity to apply to work hybrid after training.
Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Dealing with customer over the phone, answering enquiries.
- Calling clients and explaining products and services.
- Actioning reports.
- Taking part in meetings.
- Customer relationship building.
Skills required for the Customer Service Administrator:
- Proven record of Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong written skills.
- Excellent multi-tasker.
