We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client who are leaders in their field focused in utilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing and managing schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for Engineers.
- Maintain and update diaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Deal with customer enquiries.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
- Maintain and update diaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
